Our honeymoon, meticulously planned by Accor Holidays, turned out to be an absolutely incredible journey. Right from our first email, we received a personal touch as Shree, from Accor Holidays, reached out to us directly to discuss our plans. It was evident that he genuinely cared about making our honeymoon exceptional. Not only did he understand our desires and preferences, but he also surprised us with numerous thoughtful touches to make our experience truly special.

Our adventure began with a memorable night in Kathmandu, where we explored the city’s heritage sites and had the extraordinary opportunity to meet the living, Goddess Kumari. From there, we soared to the Everest Base Camp, where we embraced the thin air and savored a delightful breakfast in the world’s highest hotel while marveling at the majestic Everest. In Chitwan, we encountered the captivating One-Horned Rhino and in Pokhara enjoyed a tranquil boating experience on Phewa Lake and seeing the massive mountain ranges.

Accor Holidays’ selection of hotels was truly exceptional, each one offering its own unique charm that we absolutely adored. Throughout our journey, we were accompanied by an amazing tour guide named Rajan, who took care of all our travel needs and provided us with an insider’s view of each place we visited.

Thanks to Accor Holidays and the efforts of Shree, our honeymoon became one of the most enchanting trips we have ever embarked upon. Their meticulous planning, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made every moment truly fascinating and memorable. We are forever grateful for the extraordinary experience they created for us.

We have consistently experienced exceptional service from Accor Holidays, as we have booked multiple holidays with them. Most recently, they arranged a remarkable journey to Bhutan and Nepal for us, coinciding with Bhutan’s reopening after the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially, we had some concerns, given the circumstances, but our worries quickly dissipated upon arriving in Kathmandu and Paro. The moment we set foot in these destinations, we felt an overwhelming sense of safety and familiarity.

We were immensely pleased with our decision to travel during that period. The airports operated smoothly, and despite the stringent Covid-19 protocols followed by the hotels and local staff, we were warmly embraced and made to feel completely at ease. It almost seemed as if we were longtime residents of these places. The diligence with which everyone adhered to the necessary precautions was evident, yet it never hindered the genuine hospitality and relaxation we experienced throughout our stay.

I wanted to have an adventure by myself in the Himalayas. During our biking trip in Canada, a friend from our group had gone on a trip with Accor Holidays before and recommended it a lot. So, I sent an email to Shree explaining what I wanted for my 3-week vacation. Shree knew a lot and quickly made a really good plan within 2 hours. I liked it a lot, but I also wanted to visit Chitwan National Park, so we added that to the plan.

At the start of the trip, when we arrived at the Kathmandu airport, our guide Bir greeted us with a garland of flowers and took us to the hotel. We visited temples and stupas in Kathmandu, strolled through the bustling Asan Bazaar, went on a jeep safari in Chitwan where we saw rhinos and other animals, enjoyed a boat ride on Phewa Lake, and witnessed the breathtaking Himalayan range during our 3-day trek to Astam and Australian Camp. Everything went smoothly, and I’m really happy about it. Nepal and Bhutan are both wonderful countries, and I truly appreciated the friendly and amazing people there.

Now, as I look back on this incredible journey I took by myself, I’m excited about the idea of going back to Nepal with my family. I really want to share the beautiful places and wonderful experiences with them. I believe that with Shree and Accor Holidays, we’ll make another amazing and memorable trip together.

His friendly demeanor and attention to our preferences made us feel not just like tourists, but like welcomed guests.

This trip will forever remain etched in my memory as a truly remarkable and enriching experience. Thanks to the seamless planning, exceptional destinations, and the outstanding guide Raj, this journey through Bhutan and Nepal has left me with not just memories, but a newfound appreciation for the beauty and diversity of our world.
